Termination

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction. California consumers retain all rights granted under CCPA/CPRA regardless of any arbitration agreement.
