How to Submit a California Privacy Request
California residents may submit requests by any of the following methods. We will respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days with notice):

As a company based in the United States, data is processed in the U.S. If we transfer information internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards, including:

Data Retention
We retain personal information for the periods below, or longer if required by law:

- Service correspondence & commercial information: 5 years
- Website analytics & internet activity: 13 months (rolling)
- Geolocation & inferred interests: 13 months (rolling)
- Legal hold data: as required by applicable law or litigation
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws.
